Qualifications

• Experience processing invoices in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and documentation.
• Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and banking information.
• Identify and resolve duplicate invoices and discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close and AP aging reviews.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain professional relationships.
• Collaborate with AP Manager and other departments to improve processes.
