The candidate should have 2–3 years of AP experience, proficiency with QuickBooks and MS Office, and strong communication skills to support audits and month-end close. An on-site position in Texas is offered.

• Two to three years of proven accounts payable experience

• Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and GAAP
• Pay attention to detail.
• Accurate Data Entry

• Two to three years of proven Accounts Payable experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Process business transactions and accounts payable.
• Handle bookkeeping and follow accounting best practices.
• Prepare and approve PO's.
• Monitor vendor statements, wire transfer requests, and other transactions.
• Assist Accounting Manager with audits, forecasts, and other fiscal planning.
• Reconciling account balances.
• Assist in account analysis and account coding.
• Filing, mailing, and other duties as needed.
• Answer phones and monitor front reception area.
