Job summary

Captive-Aire Systems, Inc. seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage high-volume vendor invoices, payments, and related transactions with accuracy and timeliness.

This role collaborates with Purchasing, Receiving, Operations, and the Executive team to maintain clean financial processes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AP, experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounts payable experience in manufacturing or supply-chain environments.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process high-volume vendor invoices (60+ daily).
• Oversee invoice processing, payments, ACH and wire transactions, and weekly check runs.
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments; maintain internal controls.
• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable across multiple entities.
• Resolve complex AP issues, past-due balances, payment discrepancies, and vendor inquiries.
