Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Everett, MA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly payments.

You will maintain AP sub-ledger, process voids/reversals, handle outstanding checks and credits, and support freight and inbound processes while coordinating with buyers and suppliers. The role requires 2+ years AP experience, attention to detail, and strong Excel/Office skills; JD Edwards (JDE) and OBIEE experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years Accounts Payable experience.
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access; JDE and OBIEE experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Solid understanding of general ledger concepts and corporate procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly payments.
• Process Voids, Reversals, and Special Handle Checks.
• Maintain AP Sub-ledger and manage outstanding checks/ credits.
• Assist with Escheat review and compilation.
• Handle automated freight process and resolve issues.
