Job summary

Natura - Interior Plant Design is seeking a dependable accounting professional to support accounts payable, verify invoices, reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments. This full-time, office-based role reports to the Director of Accounting and offers a Monday–Friday schedule at the corporate office.

You’ll work with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and support month-end closing while upholding internal controls and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices and payments.
• Understanding of AP processes, GL coding, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and office tools; ability to learn accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time, matching PO, receipts, and docs.
• Code invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and process vendor payments (checks and ACH).
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Review employee expense reports and reconcile credit card transactions.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records and support month-end close.
