Natura is seeking a dependable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Texas HQ team. You will support the AP process, verify invoices, reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments for our interior plant program services across Texas and Florida.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in business or accounting preferred.
• Experience with accounts payable processes and vendor communications is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and general ledger coding helps ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time with PO, receipts, and docs.
• Code invoices to general ledger accounts and prepare payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies, assist with month-end close.
