Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• 2+ years in accounts payable.
• Experience with Sage 100 or NetSuite preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong vendor communication.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and post accounts payable transactions.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AP reports.
