Texas NeuroRehab Center, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist/Coordinator to accurately process timekeeping and accounts payable while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The role requires strong KSAs in timekeeping, administration, database systems, and Microsoft Office; you will interact with teams to maintain precise financial records and support ongoing accounting tasks at the facility near downtown Austin.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of timekeeping practices.
• Knowledge of administrative practices.
• Knowledge of database systems, Windows software.
• Skill in creating data extracts/reports from systems.
• Skill in Excel and Word.
• Ability to establish cooperative relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
