Responsibilities

• Match invoices to related purchase orders for 24 facilities in the Texas-Oklahoma region.
• Review accounts payable documents and prepare batches for processing; participate in weekly check runs; prepare manual checks as needed.
• Respond to employee and vendor inquiries; maintain accounts payable records and reports.
• Maintain payment terms for assigned vendors; research discrepancies to clear Accrued Receipts monthly.
• Assist with other duties as assigned and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
