Universal Health Services in Texas is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage invoice matching with purchase orders for the Texas-Oklahoma Region (24 facilities). You will review AP documents and prepare batches for processing, supporting weekly check runs.

The role requires accuracy in maintaining payment terms, responding to employee and vendor inquiries, and keeping AP records up to date. Previous AP experience, Excel proficiency, and attention to detail are essential to ensure compliance

Competenze

Two years of experience in accounts payable processing or accounting desirable.
10 key by touch.
Proficient in Excel.
Demonstrates good phone etiquette.
Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Commitment to Compliance Program and Code of Conduct with required trainings.
