SRS Distribution, Inc. in McKinney, TX seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full AP lifecycle, including 3-way matching, PO processing, and vendor issue resolution. The role supports a high-volume operation and requires precise data analysis and SOP development.

You will collaborate with the AP team, report to the AP Manager, and contribute to process improvements while upholding GAAP and strong internal controls in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in accounts payable analysis and discrepancy resolution in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, three-way matching, PO processing, and vendor communication.
• Proficient with Excel, data analysis, and SOP documentation.
• Understanding of GAAP and internal controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in three-way matching and process POs accurately for a $100MM+ operation.
• Investigate credit and inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for accounts payable processes using data analysis.
• Deliver excellent vendor, customer, and employee service with professional communication.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
