Rexel USA in Dallas, TX, seeks a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure timely invoice reconciliation, three-way match, and payment processing across ERP systems. You will support the AP team, resolve supplier issues, and help drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in AP with three-way matching, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and a customer-focused mindset to promote accurate financial reporting and efficient supplier payments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience with three-way match.
• 2+ years of customer service and/or reconciliation experience.
• Prior experience with three-way match and high-volume supplier contacts.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsabilités

• Resolve escalated supplier and branch issues and follow up on problems.
• Support Accounts Payable team for problem resolution and SLA/KPI adherence.
• Participate in AP projects as needed.
• Research and reconcile three-way match exceptions with field teams.
• Serve as key contact for suppliers and reconcile statements across ERP systems.
• Escalate and communicate with internal and external customers.
• Validate payment balances against discountable dates and payment methods.
• Reconcile unbilled stock receipts with supplier statements.
• Verify postings and documentation for accuracy and proper coding.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
