SRS Distribution - McKinney is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead to supervise daily AP operations, ensure timely payments, and maintain compliance with policies. The role supports the AP Supervisor and may back up the Supervisor as needed.

The position requires leadership experience in AP, strong communication, and proficiency with AP systems, with a structured office setting and limited remote work options.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible Accounts Payable experience.
• At least two years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with Accounts Payable systems (e.g., DMSi/Agility).
• Advanced knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills with high accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily Accounts Payable operations and data entry.
• Lead, coach, and develop AP team to improve performance.
• Spearhead reporting, resolve discrepancies, ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with AP Manager on planning, organizing, and control of process flow.
• Uphold AP policies and foster financial compliance across the department.
• Provide backup coverage for the AP Manager during absences.
• Monitor data entries for accuracy and address discrepancies.
