You will coach the AP team, develop processes, prepare reports, and uphold compliance with policies and regulations, while serving as backup to the AP Supervisor. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• At least five years of progressively responsible Accounts Payable experience.
• Two years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficiency with AP systems (e.g., DMSi/Agility or similar).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily AP operations ensuring timely invoice processing and data entry.
• Lead, coach, and develop the AP team to improve performance.
• Spearhead reporting and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the AP Manager on planning, organizing, and control of payment obligations.
• Uphold AP policies and procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide backup coverage for the AP Manager during absences.
