Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Perform 3-way matching of invoices, POs, and receiving reports.
• Post AP transactions in SAP.
• Prepare and execute vendor payments per cycles and approval workflows.
• Monitor unpaid invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and AP accruals.
• Maintain vendor master data and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and support audits.
