Job summary

Rexel USA in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure prompt reconciliation of invoices that fail three-way match, reconcile unbilled receipts, and manage payment processing across ERP systems.

You will resolve supplier issues, support the AP team, and drive process improvements while ensuring accurate coding, discounts, and timely payments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience with three-way match.
• 2+ years of customer service and/or reconciliation experience.
• Prior experience with high-volume supplier contacts and three-way match.

Responsibilities

• Resolve supplier issues and escalations related to EDI, address changes, payment terms, and debit balances.
• Provide support to AP team for problem resolution; assist with training and SLA/KPI maintenance.
• Participate in AP projects and reconciliation of three-way match exceptions.
• Communicate with field teams to minimize lost cash discounts and ensure accurate payments.
