Echo Falls Seafood, LLC in Monroe, WA, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.

You will match invoices, process checks, wire transfers, and reconcile AP transactions while maintaining vendor files and supporting month-end close. The role requires 2+ years AP experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience.
• Minimum of six months Accounts Receivable experience.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; 10-key by touch.

Mansioni

• Sort, code, and match invoices with shipping documents.
• Set invoices up for payment and process checks weekly.
• Prepare electronic wire transfers and payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor payments.
• Maintain vendor files and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Assist with month-end closing and monthly commissions.
• Process consumer refunds bi-monthly.
