Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support daily AP activities. You will review purchase orders, invoices, and statements, code and process payments, and help maintain the AP ledger in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of accounting or equivalent.
• Knowledge of accounting processes and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ITAR-related eligibility may apply; US persons may be required.

Responsibilities

• Code and compile data for AP invoices and debit memos.
• Update vendor records and banking details.
• Respond to inquiries and research discrepancies.
• Post, code, balance and reconcile records.
• Prepare Month End AP accruals.
• Monitor AP aging and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support department efforts in CBS.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
