Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers, Inc. is looking for a talented Accounts Payable Specialist.

Summary

The basic function of the Accounts Payable Specialist is to provide comprehensive support to the Accounts Payable department.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Accounts Payable Department by delivering quality customer service and organizational skills.
  • Responsible for departmental data entry and copying.
  • Process invoices matching to purchase orders.
  • Data entry of payment vouchers.
  • Maintain working knowledge of financial systems.
  • Handle weekly deposits and remote capture deposit processes.
  • Prepare Excel schedules.
  • Perform scanning tasks.
  • Manage 340B invoices and audits.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.
Experience and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of standard office equipment and technology in a Windows-based environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
