About the job

This position supports the Accounts Payable Global Delivery team. The person in this role will be responsible for processing invoices, Travel & Expense Processing / Audit, handling queries, and Month End Closing. Ability to adhere to SLAs, analyze invoice issues, interpret problems, and suggest solutions is essential. This position is based in our Bangalore, India office and reports to the Accounts Payable Manager.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices according to SLA
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and develop SOPs
• Follow up on exceptions to ensure high first-pass yield
• Review and approve Travel & Expense reports per company policy
• Respond promptly to stakeholder inquiries
• Identify deviations and recommend process improvements
• Perform month-end activities related to Accounts Payable and ensure timely completion

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Commerce
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle Fusion, I-Expense, or Workday
• Willing to work from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion and Google Sheets

Location

This role is remote, based out of Bangalore.

Travel

Approximately 5% travel expected.
