Job summary

Hotel Landy is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process invoices and manage payments to vendors from our Orlando office. The role emphasizes timely processing, accuracy, and strong vendor communication.

The candidate will handle inquiries from both external vendors and internal teams while identifying workflow improvements. Qualification includes an Associate’s degree in business and 2 years of accounts payable experience preferred.

• Associate’s degree in business or an equal combination of education and experience.
• 2 years accounts payable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and cut checks to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
• Handle vendor inquiries in a timely and complete manner to provide high level customer service to external customers.
• Research internal customer inquiries to provide a high level of customer service to internal customers.
• Work independently and identify potential processing inefficiencies to improve workflow.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Essential Job Functions

• Process invoices (and cut checks, as needed) in accordance with related policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
• Handlevalid vendor inquiries timely and completely toensure a high level of customer service to external customers.
• Research internal customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner to provide a high level of customer service to internal customers.
• Work independently and identify potential processing inefficiencies to improve departmental workflow.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
