Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process invoices and cut checks as needed, ensuring timely payments to vendors. The role emphasizes accuracy and responsiveness to vendor inquiries.

You will work with associates to resolve internal questions, improve workflow, and support the accounting team. A two-year accounts payable background and an associate degree are preferred. Full-time and part-time opportunities exist with comprehensive benefits.

• Associate’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 2 years accounts payable experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Research internal inquiries to provide professional service to internal customers.
• Work independently to identify processing inefficiencies and improve workflow.

Essential Job Functions

• Process invoices (and cut checks, as needed) in accordance with related policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
• Handlevalid vendor inquiries timely and completely toensure a high level of customer service to external customers.
• Research internal customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner to provide a high level of customer service to internal customers.
• Work independently and identify potential processing inefficiencies to improve departmental workflow.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Position Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business or an equal combination of education and experience.
• 2 years accounts payable experience preferred.
