Job summary

HHM Hotels in Orlando is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process invoices, cut checks when needed, and ensure timely, accurate payments to vendors in line with company policies. You will handle vendor inquiries professionally, research internal questions, and look for workflow improvements while working independently.

An Associate’s degree and about 2 years of AP experience are preferred. This onsite role offers competitive wages and benefits as part of HHM Hotels' commitment to growth

Essential Job Functions

• Process invoices (and cut checks, as needed) in accordance with related policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
• Handlevalid vendor inquiries timely and completely toensure a high level of customer service to external customers.
• Research internal customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner to provide a high level of customer service to internal customers.
• Work independently and identify potential processing inefficiencies to improve departmental workflow.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Position Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business or an equal combination of education and experience.
• 2 years accounts payable experience preferred.
