Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 2 years accounts payable experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and cut checks as needed to ensure timely, accurate vendor payments.
• Handle vendor inquiries promptly to maintain high external customer service.
• Research internal inquiries to provide professional service to internal customers.
• Work independently to identify processing inefficiencies and improve workflow.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
