CFS is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join its on-site team in Norfolk, MA. In this high-volume AP role, you will manage invoices from receipt to payment, ensure accurate coding and approvals, and maintain the workflow.

The company recently implemented Sage Intacct and continues to invest in efficiency improvements. You will work with Project Managers, Engineers, and vendors to resolve discrepancies, support month-end close, and contribute to process enhancements in a growing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience in high-volume invoice processing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Experience with ERP systems and automated invoice workflows preferred.
• Construction industry experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process and manage a high volume of vendor invoices from receipt through payment.
• Review invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and required approvals.
• Maintain and administer invoice workflow and approval processes.
• Partner with Project Managers, Engineers, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and payment issues.
• Monitor invoice queues and ensure timely processing to meet payment deadlines.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow enhancements.
