Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Walpole, MA is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our fast-growing team. This onsite role will manage high-volume invoice receipt, coding, matching, routing and approvals, while leveraging ERP/workflow systems to improve accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, coding, matching, approvals, and AP controls
• Experience working in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment
• Strong systems aptitude with experience using ERP, AP automation, or invoice workflow systems preferred
• Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail and organization
• Construction, manufacturing, distribution, or other project-driven industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume invoice receipt, coding, matching, routing, and approvals
• Serve as a key administrator for the invoice workflow and approval system
• Maintain invoice workflows, approval rules, user access, and system settings
• Review invoices for accuracy, proper coding, documentation, and approvals
• Partner with operational teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and approval issues
• Help identify bottlenecks and improve AP processes, workflows, and efficiencies

Title: Accounts Payable Administrator

Salary: $65,000–$75,000

Location: Walpole, MA (100% onsite)
