Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Franklin, MA is seeking an Accounts Payable Admin to manage high-volume vendor invoicing, coding, approvals, reconciliations, and payments for a growing construction organization.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and vendors to resolve discrepancies, support month-end activities, and help streamline AP workflows using Sage Intacct and modern automation tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with construction accounting, Sage Intacct, or AP automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor invoices, including coding, approvals, reconciliations, and payment processing.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and vendors to investigate discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
• Monitor invoice workflows, support month-end activities, and identify opportunities to improve AP efficiency.
