Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Holliston, MA. The role focuses on processing a high volume of vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and timely payments using Sage Intacct and TimberScan.

You will support month-end close and work closely with project teams to resolve discrepancies. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented approach.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, coding, payment procedures and approvals.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage a high volume of vendor invoices with accurate coding and timely payments.
• Oversee invoice workflows, monitor outstanding items and maintain AP records.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Support payment processing, vendor reconciliations and month-end activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline AP procedures and improve workflow efficiency.
