Qualifications

Our client in the Dallas, TX area is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing AP team on temp-to-hire basis. This position will be fully on-site in the Highland Park area of Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the AP group and route invoices from Outlook into Bill.com
• Ensure invoices are properly allocated to multiple locations for accurate payment processing
• Research aging items, determine whether items have been paid, and request invoices when needed
• Assist with cleanup of duplicate vendors in Bill.com
