Job summary

These roles involve processing invoices, accurate coding, resolving vendor discrepancies, assisting with vendor setup, payments, and month-end close. It is an on-site, full-time contract position with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Full-time, contract position.
• Office-based role with standard business hours (Monday-Friday).
• Professional but casual office environment.
