Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist for the Dallas, TX area. This on-site role supports the AP team on a temp-to-hire basis and will route invoices, maintain accurate allocations across locations, and assist with vendor payments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of AP experience, strong Excel and Outlook skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite, or Bill.com. Join a growing department in a professional, collaborative environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Exposure to ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar Bill.com experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide support to the AP group and route invoices from Outlook into Bill.com.
• Ensure invoices are properly allocated to multiple locations for accurate payment processing.
• Research aging items, determine whether items have been paid, and request invoices when needed.
• Assist with cleanup of duplicate vendors in Bill.com.
• Open mail, handle check statements, and scan documents into the system for AP.
• Perform some filing, including invoices already approved by upper management.
• Provide support for select vendor payments made through vendor portals.
