Beacon Hill Staffing Group in the Dallas area is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our AP team. You will process high-volume AP transactions, handle PO and non-PO invoices, and review GL codes to ensure accurate postings.

Ideal candidates have ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups. You will also maintain vendor records and respond to AP inquiries to support timely payments.

Duties and responsibilities

• Process high volume Accounts Payable transactions for paymentHandle processing for POs and Non-PO invoices
• Review AP invoices for proper GL codes
• Perform reconciliations on vendor statements
• Maintained AP files and vendor records
• Respond to AP inquiries and perform vendor maintenance

Requirements

• Large ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
