Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and enter all required documentation to pay vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review vendor statements and work with vendors to resolve outstanding issues.
• Assist with company check runs.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly corporate reporting requirements.
• Scan and attach all required documentation into COINS.
• Maintain filing system for invoices awaiting approval and payment.
• Communicate with controller about vendor complaints and needs that require additional assistance.
• Meet all cut-off and closing deadlines; overtime as required.
