Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum two years of accounts payable & cash applications experience.
• Microsoft Excel and Outlook at the intermediate-advanced level.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years accounting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments within approved terms.
• Reconcile vendor statements monthly and correct errors.
• Process ACH and check payments to vendors.
• Post payments to customer accounts and maintain remittance information.
• Assist with month-end close and related duties as assigned.
