Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Review, audit, and process accounts payable transactions for timely payments.
• Verify invoice data, obtain approvals, and enter invoices into the ERP.
• Prepare and execute weekly check runs and daily payments.
• Monitor aging reports and manage electronic payments (ACH/EFT).
• Support vendor maintenance and onboarding, and update vendor records.
• Handle general accounting and administrative duties as needed.
