LEI Cross Financial Corp is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to review and process carrier invoices, validate billing accuracy, and prepare disbursements via ACH, wire, or checks. The role supports operations and agency partners to resolve payment issues, maintain vendor records, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will reconcile statements with general ledger and respond to carrier inquiries, contributing to on-time payments and precise financial records across multiple payment methods.

Responsabilités

• Review, verify, and process carrier invoices against internal agency management systems.
• Validate invoices, commission splits, and contractual rates to ensure billing accuracy.
• Prepare and process carrier disbursements via ACH, wire transfer, check or approved payment methods.
• Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and filing corporate accounts payable.
• Reconcile monthly carrier statements against general ledger accounts and internal payment records; investigate discrepancies.
• Serve as primary point of contact for inbound carrier inquiries regarding payment status, deductions, and billing disputes.
• Maintain vendor/company files and set up new files; pull back up as requested.
• Collaborate with operations, agencies, and account management teams to clear up payment issues.
