EASE Logistics Services LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process carrier invoices and maintain accurate data while building strong relationships with carriers. This entry-level role reports to the AP Manager and Senior AP Specialist and develops proficiency in McLeod, Navix, and general accounting processes.

The ideal candidate will handle all carrier calls, assist with payments, and collaborate with Accounting and Operations to ensure timely carrier payments in a fast-paced

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year related experience, or an Associate's with 2-3 years.
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn fast in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain positive relationships with carriers.
• Review and approve carrier invoices and backup documentation.
• Research discrepancies to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Answer all calls and handle inquiries for the Accounting Department.
• Monitor Navix queues, aging reports, and payment statuses.
• Process direct deposit setups and remittance requests.
• Maintain proficiency in McLeod and Navix.
• Support other roles within the accounting department as needed.
