Job Overview:
We are currently seeking skilled Accounts Payable (AP) professionals to join the finance and accounting teams of our growing clients throughout Pinellas County. These roles play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payment of vendor invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

Process high volumes of invoices with accuracy and efficiency

Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices

Review and verify expense reports

Resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate with vendors

Maintain and update vendor files

Assist with month-end closing and reporting

Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
