Accounts Payable Specialist - Fantastic Office located in West Palm Beach. 100% ONSITE. Strong organizational skills. Aaccurately track and record cash flow working within a wonderful office environment that mentors and coaches employees to strive to excellence. Experience working within a high volume transaction accounting environment.

Invoice Processing: - Receiving, verifying, and accurately entering invoices into the accounting system.
Payment Processing - Preparing and processing payments to vendors, including electronic payments, checks, and other methods.
Vendor Management: - Maintaining vendor information, communicating with vendors regarding invoices and payments, and resolving any discrepancies.
Account Reconciliation: - Reconciling vendor statements, bank statements, and other financial records related to accounts payable.
Month-End Closing: - Assisting with month-end closing processes, such as preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
Reporting: - Generating reports on accounts payable activity, such as aging reports, payment forecasts, and expense reports.
Compliance: - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant tax regulations.
