Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Denver, CO seeks a Supervisor to lead the Accounts Payable team supporting North America. The role focuses on accurate processing, coaching a high-performing team, and ensuring timely payments across the US and Canada.

You will monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Treasury, and ensure service levels. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations in a large, complex, fast-paced organization.
• 2+ years of experience leading or supervising employees.
• English required; French an asset.
• Experience with ERP and invoice processing platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Accounts Payable Specialists across North America.
• Oversee day-to-day AP operations, invoices, vendor inquiries, and payments.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and workload distribution.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Treasury and business teams for issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Support month-end close activities.
