Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead three AP coordinators and oversee the AP function within our Pittsburgh-area operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and strong internal controls, leveraging the ERP system and AI DocLogic to automate workflows.

The candidate will manage month-end close, vendor onboarding, 1099 processing, and payment execution while collaborating with multiple departments to support acquisition integrations and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Four or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of previous supervisory experience AND payables experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a three-person Accounts Payable team; assign, review and approve work.
• Oversee vendor communications, resolve payment inquiries and discrepancies.
• Manage day-to-day AP operations including month-end processing and 1099 handling.
