Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activity of the Accounts Payable department, including vendor data and disbursements.
• Review and approve payment runs, new vendor setup, and changes to vendor data to ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data, including banking information, W-9/W-8s, tax documents, and compliance records.
• Support accounts payable period and year-end close, including timely closure of the AP subledger and report delivery.
• Communicate with merchandising teams, vendors and operations to ensure strong relationships and governance.
• Resolve escalated issues, discrepancies, and disputes professionally while adhering to policies and controls.
• Assist in maintaining systems, procedures and policies for accounts payable functions.
