Job summary

Prologis is hiring an Accounts Payable Manager in Denver to lead a team delivering accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and strong internal controls. You will partner with Procurement, Accounting, and Operations to optimize end-to-end AP processes and drive automation across the function.

The role requires 5+ years in AP, 2+ years of leadership, and experience with ERP-based workflow. A strong focus on metrics, quality, and service levels is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Shared Services.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams.
• Experience with high-volume AP operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with ERP platforms and AP workflow/automation.
• Knowledge of internal controls, SOX, audits, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Accounts Payable professionals.
• Oversee daily AP operations: invoice processing, approvals, payments, reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to balance workloads and productivity.
• Ensure compliant, controlled processing with proper controls.
• Drive continuous improvements through automation and workflow enhancements.
• Partner with Procurement, Accounting, Operations, FP&A to improve processes.
