Job summary

Cart.com is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead a small team and ensure accurate, timely payments across our growing ecommerce operations. You’ll drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and collaborate across finance and operations.

Responsibilities include invoices, payments, vendor relations, and month-end close. Strong knowledge of AP systems and tax reporting is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounts payable experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in high-growth ecommerce/technology sectors is a plus.
• Knowledge of W-9 and 1099 reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including invoice processing and payments.
• Lead a small AP team, providing guidance, training and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations, including reporting.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
• Maintain vendor relations and resolve invoicing or payment discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and AP-related reconciliations and reporting.
