BEOWULF ELECTRICITY & DATA LLC in Easton, MD is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead daily AP operations and oversee on-site activities. You will ensure accurate, timely payments and strong internal controls while guiding a small team across locations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting or equivalent, 5+ years in AP with supervisory experience, and proficiency in accounting software and Excel; ERP experience is preferred. This position is on-site with standard corporate benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of accounts payable experience, including one to three years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts payable teams across all locations, ensuring accurate and timely payments, policy compliance, and effective team performance.
• Coordinate weekly accounts payable disbursements with the Treasury team.
• Conduct final review and approval of AmEx transactions and employee expense reports in Concur.
• Manage vendor setup in the ERP system.
• Oversee the 1099 reporting process.
• Contact vendors quarterly to request statements and information about unbilled items.
• Prepare the monthly accounts payable accrual file.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and applicable accounting standards.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting as needed.
