Job summary

Easton Select Group is seeking a hands-on Accounts Payable Lead in West Bridgewater, MA to oversee daily AP operations across multiple entities. The role focuses on accurate invoice processing, vendor account reconciliation, payments, and building scalable workflows in a growing organization.

You will drive process improvements, ensure internal controls, and lead a small AP team while collaborating with finance leadership to optimize cash flow and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience, preferably in multi-entity or decentralized org.
• Strong knowledge of full AP cycle: invoice processing, GL coding, approvals, payments, vendor maintenance.
• Experience reconciling vendor accounts, resolving discrepancies, aging payables.
• Ability to manage high-volume AP across entities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AP operations across multiple entities; review invoices, code, route approvals, process payments, maintain vendor records.
• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and address unapplied credits and missing invoices.
• Monitor AP aging to identify overdue items and coordinate follow-ups.
• Manage payment schedules to ensure timely, accurate vendor payments in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve inquiries and disputes.
