Job summary

DSV, a global transport and logistics leader, seeks an Accounts Payable Manager in North America. You will lead the NA Shared Services Accounts Payable function, oversee invoice processing, vendor management, travel & expense, and month-end close, while building a high-performing team and driving process improvements and automation.

Reporting to the AP Director, you will partner with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Treasury and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable or accounting experience with supervisory or management experience.
• Experience leading a high-volume AP team; shared services experience preferred.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, or ERP implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AP operations including invoice processing, vendor management, payments, travel & expense, inquiries and reconciliations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the AP team, establishing clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee vendor 1099 processing and complex or escalated requests.
• Maintain controls over vendor setup, invoice approval, payment processing and other AP activities.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve AP efficiency, accuracy, standardization and service.
