SNF Holding Company is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP function, oversee staff, and ensure accurate processing of invoices, payments, and vendor relationships. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or Business and 5+ years in AP with supervisory experience, plus ERP expertise (D365/SAP) and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
• 5+ years in Accounts Payable with supervisory experience required.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft D365 and SAP preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and OCR/invoice processing software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AP operations and supervise staff.
• Ensure W-9 collection prior to vendor setup in ERP.
• Process checks and electronic payments once approved.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers/vendors.
• Respond to vendor inquiries related to accounts payable.
• Interact with external auditors to provide documentation.
• Develop and improve AP policies and controls.
