• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and payments issued per plan.
• Maintain an absence-coverage plan and ensure critical tasks are covered.
• Provide weekly written status to Corporate Controller with aging and issues.
• Maintain compliance with 1099s, licenses, and vendor records.
