Job summary

All-Lift Systems, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP function, manage vendor relationships, and develop the AP team. This role ensures accurate, timely AP processing and drives process improvements across the function.

The AP Manager will own vendor communications, implement controls such as duplicate-payments screening, and report weekly to the Corporate Controller. Strong leadership and Beanworks expertise are valued.

Qualifications

• AP Manager is the single point of accountability for the AP function—people, process, results.
• Own vendor relationships from a payables standpoint and ensure accuracy and timeliness of work product.
• Manage and develop the AP team, including the AP Supervisor and AP Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy of AP work product; maintain an error log and quality-review process.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements monthly with sign-off by AP Manager.
• Maintain duplicate-payment control before every payment run and ensure timely payments.
• Own AP aging, resolve past-due accounts, and address vendor payment questions.
• Prepare and file annual 1099s and maintain licenses and registrations for AP.
• Provide weekly status updates to Corporate Controller and manage coverage plans.
